We work in partnership with founders and management teams to accelerate and scale for long-term growth. Focusing primarily on investments in North America, we invest in companies that are profitable, growing, and that align with our values of honesty, integrity and impact. At 13 full-time investment professionals, remaining small and nimble is important to our strategy and allows us to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our portfolio company management teams to build dominant market leaders. Together, our team has invested in a total of 70 control transactions; at 3-5 new platform investments a year, we are selective in the investments we make. Success to us requires portfolio companies achieving results on a level of scale that even they didn’t imagine was possible.
