Welcome to 43 Degrees North – Surveying and Mapping Solutions, a professional Land Surveying and Geomatics company. Our mission is to provide professional land surveying services on time and on budget to meet our client’s needs and objectives. 43 Degrees North has the practical hands-on experience and knowledge to provide geo-referenced data solutions, whether for Boundary Surveys, Pre-Engineering Surveys, Construction Surveying, Aerial Survey Support, or precise Geodetic Surveying. Our expertise has been gained through direct applications with customers throughout North America. 43 Degrees North was established in 2003 with a distinct advantage of being extremely responsive to customer needs, timelines, and costs. At the beginning of 2007, 43 Degrees North purchased the records of Gary L. Parker, Ontario Land Surveyor. Mr. Parker’s practiced spanned 32 years in Northumberland County and adjoining areas, providing quality service to the local community. At that time, our offices were consolidated in the town of Cobourg where we can easily service clients for Durham Region and Northumberland County. As always, we are happy to accommodate our customers in the northern Ontario communities and beyond. 43 Degrees North has been re-opened in sunny southern Alberta providing professional surveying services utilizing the latest technology from UAV’s - GNSS - Laser Scanning. In addition to providing geo-spatial solutions, we also offer training and consulting for GNSS post-processed and RTK surveys, UAV pilot ground school and flight training.
