ICA began in 1990 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with its first office in California. ICA was built on the foundational principles of Hospitality and Sanctuary, advocating to be a Voice of HOPE for those who are rendered without refuge.
We uphold and value integrity, empowerment, and cultural diversity.
We believe that all men and women are created in the image of God and the sanctity of life and that all children, born and unborn, are valued and uniquely made.
We champion being the Voice of HOPE for children, youth, and families worldwide.
