4 S services cover two aspects: QHSE (Quality-Health-Safety-Environment) & Security CONSULTATION: Scope includes but not limited to the evaluation of the overall situation, risk assessment, creating and revising operational manuals and procedures. Gap analysis including the chosen safety standard thus leading to a detailed timeframe for the project. HSE and Security department during the projects’ timeframe covering troubleshooting, problem solving and handling all HSE & security work related tasks needed for the establishment. TAILOR MADE SOLUTIONS: Services are made to measure and unique to the needs and specific requirements of clients taking into account budgeting restrictions as well as individual conditions and priorities. Professional and tailor made solutions and problem solving targeting certain specific aspects of the work environment as well as the commitment to change the HSE concept in the workplace.
