4Sight is a mindfulness-based cognitive-therapy-like System built around a a simple behavior heuristic. It gives you a new way to look at how you think and how you determine all your actions and statements. In a phrase, it shows you how to manage your emotions.
There are a variety of labels that apply to 4Sight - emotional intelligence, psychological resilience, mental health even - although, ultimately, they are all the same thing. A system that helps you in your daily routine by;

The System itself is very flexible in its delivery with two basic components: education and integration. We prefer a full-day workshop with hour-long follow-up classes over the course of several weeks. However, an hour-long education seminar with teleconferencing for integration or even doing the latter on your own is also an option.
One-on-one consulting is also available.
