About 4Terra
4Terra’s mission is to accelerate soil fertility, farm productivity, ecosystem and climate regeneration, and the accessibility of nutritious, abundant food. 4Terra restores depleted and damaged lands with our integrated innovations to advance the health and wealth of plants, humans, animals, and water. We achieve a landscape regeneration transformation after one 4Terra application and growing season — even turning degraded mineland into top-quality forestry or farmland. This saves years compared to conventional regenerative transformations. One application of 4Terra soil amendment provides a multi-year source of soil nutrients, especially minerals that are depleted in almost all soils. 4Terra’s soil treatment and agriculture systems were developed over twenty years of research, development, and demonstration. 4Terra’s system combines: (a) a proprietary, all-natural soil additive that addresses all aspects of depleted soils, including minerals, carbon, microbes, humus, fungi, and more, which can be applied cost-effectively at scale (10 tons/acre and approximately $1,500/acre); and (b) proprietary agricultural systems (particularly cattle, but proven on multiple agricultural products). With funding support from the USDA in 2024, 4Terra acquired equipment and our first soil amendment production facility in Kentucky to serve our Appalachian projects that generate quick returns and funding for expansion. 4terra transforms degraded mineland into highly productive land in one growing season, growing regenerative, grass fed-beef from large-scale cattle operations and microgreens. We benefit local communities with systemic impacts globally: reduce deforestation and poisoning from chemical ag, reverse water pollution (e.g., harmful algae), draw down much more carbon, and create abundant, nutrient-dense, organic and regenerative foods. 4Terra improves animal well-being and our ability to heal and study the interconnectedness of our soil, gut, brain, and body health.
