4TU.Centre for Engineering Education

The 4TU.Centre for Engineering Education (4TU.CEE) serves as a hub within the 4TU Federation for advancing engineering education. Our mission is to gather, develop, and implement cutting-edge expertise in engineering education. The centre focuses on applying new educational insights, monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of these innovations, and sharing experiences among our partner universities. Additionally, 4TU.CEE facilitates professional development for teaching staff by exploring and demonstrating the latest educational methods. An explicit task of 4TU.CEE is to contribute to the international community of engineering education and to seek cooperation where appropriate. 4TU.CEE collaborates with educational communities such as SEFI, CDIO, and related organisations. 4TU.CEE organises conferences and workshops on Engineering Education. These events provide a platform for the technical universities' teaching staff to share their experiences and get inspired in an international setting. The 4TU.Federation is a collaboration among the Netherlands' four technical universities: Delft University of Technology, Eindhoven University of Technology, University of Twente, and Wageningen University & Research. The 4TU federation aims to maximise innovation by pooling strengths in research, education, and knowledge transfer across these institutions.
