4TU.High-Tech Materials

The 4TU.Centre High-Tech Materials encourages researchers to collaborate and develop new initiatives; activities that benefit materials science research and education for the development of sustainable technologies. This concerns the entire academic materials community in collaboration with external parties and industrial partners, and materials science research from fundamental to applied, and from nanotechnology to structures. In addition, 4TU.HTM aims to create awareness of the social importance of (sustainable production, use and recycling of) materials and of materials research for applications for the energy transition. A trans-disciplinary approach is essential, and the visibility and availability of experimental facilities is important. 4TU.HTM connects materials researchers of the universities of Delft, Eindhoven, Twente, Wageningen and Groningen.
