Design and development of a digital event management platform (DEMP) for use at major events in 2024. Provision of comprehensive safety statements for the aviation sector and the development of any associated staff training and briefings in 2022 and 2024 . Design, development and delivery of bespoke training courses for retail security personnel in 2024. Development of a detailed Event Management Plan and appointed as Event Controller for the Westmeath Bachelor Festival in 2022. Provision of bespoke emergency and evacuation plans for property developer clients in Dublin (2020 -2024) Developed Emergency Evacuation Plans and conducted a 'live' emergency exercise for Dublin Weston Airport in 2022 and 2024. Designed, developed and delivered training courses on the Framework for Major Emergency Management to the Dublin Airport Authority in 2022 and for Bristow Helicopters at Dublin Weston Airport in 2024 Contracted by the FAI as Safety and Security Consultant for the UEFA EUROS 2020 Tournament.
