Welcome to the 5 Dimensions Trust. We are a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) that serves children and young students of west Milton Keynes. Our collaborative of schools are two high-performing secondary schools – The Hazeley Academy and Shenley Brook End School; and one high-performing primary school - Priory Rise School.
