We provide contracts that match your needs; all costs are spelled out, never a surprise after you place a call out for billable service. At 5 POINTS, we believe that preventive maintenance with planned capital improvements is better than unexpected service calls, commonly known as "shut down maintenance". Partnering with the building, we strive to keep your vertical transportation costs low and lengthen the life cycle of your elevator.
