Home of the No-show, No-pay policy, 5 POINTS ELEVATOR never charges for missed exams nor do we need to give credit for missing visits. We provide contracts that match your needs; all costs are spelled out, never a surprise after you place a call out for billable service. At 5 POINTS, we believe that preventive maintenance with planned capital improvements is better than unexpected service calls, commonly known as "shut down maintenance". Partnering with the building, we strive to keep your vertical transportation costs low and lengthen the life cycle of your elevator. 5 POINTS ELEVATOR maintains a large selection of old wiring diagrams and enjoys working on older equipment.
