The “501” refers to two things. First, we help HR executives in the nonprofit space. With extensive corporate experience, it's a privilege to help those talented but often under resourced HR professionals in 501(c) organizations. On the for-profit side, "501" refers to a classic internet implementation issue. Our large cap corporate experience taught us that companies are long on buzz words and shiny ideas, but lack in basic, proper implementation.
