PG Invicta began as a books/yard sale item reseller under the name "PG Vintage Goods" in June of 2020. The Company transitioned into consumer electronics in the fall of 2020 and began dealing in wholesale and liquidation lots by the end of 2020. In January 2021, The Company was organized as a Kentucky Limited Liability company and took on the name "PG Invicta Enterprises LLC" (The letters "PG" are an initialism for Proud and Grendi, the co-founders' last names, and Prospect/Goshen Kentucky, the birthplace of the Company). A year later, to cement the Company's transition from vintage items to consumer electronics, the Company registered the DBA "502 Electronics" (502 being Louisville's area code). In late May 2022, the original PG Vintage Goods store was closed and the 502 Electronics store was opened. Combined sales on the two stores total over $505,000 on 11,600+ unique transactions. Both accounts were consistently named eBay "Top-Rated Sellers," the highest level of seller distinction the platform offers.
In the 2nd quarter of 2023, the founders decided to unwind operations of the e-commerce portion of the company. $75k of the e-commerce business' profits were put into a newly-created investment fund in July of 2023 that will be managed by the partnership's members. The Fund will publish a list of positions at some point in the near future.
