54North Homes owns and manages more than 4,000 homes throughout Yorkshire. Our properties range from one-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom family homes, from general needs housing to extra-care homes and student homes.
The housing association was formed in December 2022 through a merger between the Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association and York Housing Association. It is a subsidiary of the Karbon Homes Group.
