Imagine if Lord Sugar, Martin Lewis (money saving expert) and Bruce Lee got together to build your house. Pretty weird, right? Granted, it may never win any beauty contest. But, at the very least you would save a fortune building it, another fortune selling it and those across the pond would say have a "Kick ***" house at the end of it. Kerching! Sweet as. This cost-conscious led approach was the reason we set up 5S construction to ensure all stakeholders stay in their lane, by employing the best in class for their respective roles. We would ensure Lord Sugar doesn't get in the ring with Bruce Lee (maybe with Martin Lewis, but definitely not with Bruce Lee). We put "you" in the driving seat to steer "you" to your destination. This allows the designer to drive their Saab to pick up their Pritzker award and the builders to drive their Transits to pick up their Master Build Award. Why should you have to finance their dreams? and leave you in the middle of nowhere with a mountain of debts whilst, they have moved on to their next project. Amidst all the maelstrom of conflicting approaches to construction we at 5S believe a cost-conscious led approach is the only way. If 5S was a car: It would be a Honda Accord (because you would be in accordance with our cost-conscious approach). We would get you to your destination in one piece (minus all the negatives associated with other fancy and expensive cars like constant breakdowns, worry of breaking down, expensive garage bills, constant refuelling and the huge depreciation at the end). We would simply absorb all the knocks and bumps in our trusty old Honda Accord. Nothing fancy but we would get you to your destination on time, every time and on budget without any excuses.
