We’re 6D Civil - a Queensland-based civil construction company delivering pipelaying, subdivisions, major infrastructure, and plant hire across South East Queensland. We specialise in complex, risk-heavy scopes and bring real capability to the coalface of project delivery. In construction, you’re either building or supporting those who are. Too many projects rely on disconnected frameworks. 2D is design - often issued for construction (IFC) before it’s resolved, late to site, and missing what’s needed to actually build. 3D is modelling - clash detection that promises coordination but ignores the fact two crews can’t share a trench. 4D is time - a critical path built by someone who’s never stood in mud, and logic that collapses the moment real conditions or change kicks in. 5D is cost - based on unsophisticated estimates, tracked reactively and too late to prevent overrun.
