The Mental Fitness Challenge Experiment is a 31-day experiment designed to strengthen mental fitness through a blend of executive coaching, mentoring and daily accountability. Each day, participants receive a short two-minute audio reflection inspired by Proverbs, along with a simple question to discuss with your accountability partner - ideally your spouse, or a trusted friend if unmarried. Delivered privately via WhatsApp, this challenge is: Anonymous and confidential Takes just 2–5 minutes per day Encourages real conversations that build self-awareness, wisdom and resilience Tracks personal or professional impact over the month (optional and insight-driven) It’s a small daily commitment with the potential for meaningful growth - at home, at work, or both.
