We are our region’s next-generation, a group of 40-and-under young professionals who saw the need to elevate our voices in order to usher-in a greater sense of regional unity and pride among all 17 jurisdictions that comprise Hampton Roads. Over the next several weeks, months, and beyond, this page will post questions that need answers from the perspective of the next-generation. These questions go to the heart of who we are, what we value, and why we’re here. We want to cultivate a conversation about the things that will help us thrive in our personal and professional pursuits, and will help attract more young, diverse talent to the region. We will also showcase photos of the many beautiful places that make up our region; we will share stories of businesses and community organizations embracing the 757 regional brand; and we will promote opportunities we’ve seized upon, as a region, to work together. Our aim is to foster a new understanding of, and a renewed sense of pride in, all of the unique characteristics of this special place we call home. We can all be 757Proud.
