Fine with bankruptcies o Not looking to trade securities. Want to see things through the recap/restructuring and fine with owning equity postmortem Venture Capital o C round and later rounds led by new financial investor o Category leaders with proven business models o CAGR of 50%+ Revenue > $20 million o Cash flow that provides profit vs. growth optionality o Comparables validate 3-5x MOIC target in < 5 years Structured Lending o Must be asset backed o Asset does not need to be real estate. Very flexible as long as we like the collateral o Must be over-collateralized
