Our world is busy and ever changing. We constantly need to adapt and problem solve in our work and personal lives. Therefore we take an experiential approach to help you develop the tools and techniques you can use every day. Session themes encompass not only the 7 skills but also support people to manage stress and overwhelm, work more productively and build a better team.
The basis of our work is in 7 key skills to your happiness and wellbeing navigating an uncertain world: Adaptability, Critical Thinking, Empathy, Integrity, Optimism, Being Proactive and Resilience.
These skills are from our CEO, Emma Sue Prince’s book, 7 Skills For the Future. The internationally selling book was published by Pearson and has been translated into 10 langauges to help people across the world.
On our website, you can find our popular self access online modules which explore each of the 7 skills in depth through an interactive learning programme.
We’re fortunate to have a wide network of members who enjoy our modules and to work with business professionals across a range of industries.
We work with clients to devleop unique bespoke training courses in person and online, create landing pages and offer one to one coaching. Our long term clients include international law firm CMS, University of the Arts London and NHS Trusts.
In addition to this, we have an accompanying journal, 7 Skills Journal which is designed to improve your life in just 7 weeks through daily prompts and gudies. We have just launched Emma Sue’s newest book the A-Z of Wellbeing, you pocket guide to navigating an uncertian world.
