In 2006, Lesli, an assistant superintendent, was stressing about the complicated regulations around federal and state improvement planning. Her son, Ross, wanted to help. After listening to her needs, he developed a software program to help her quickly manage these compliance responsibilities so that she could focus on innovative ways to help students learn.
