Our Design Services Division: -Design site specific Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, -Perform storm water inspections, -Provide environmental consulting to our clients that are going into a negotiated work selection committee, using the customized program to guide the proposal for each project. One of our premier offerings is our proprietary Environmental Management System. An EMS is a living, documented system with an organizational structure which assists the clients to identify significant environmental impacts and to implement procedures to manage and reduce those impacts in a finacially responsible manner. Here are some of the key benefits of our EMS: -Have experienced considerable success while working with selection committees to show their committement as green builders. -Provide peace of mind for the owner groups that compliance will be taken into consideration and has been well thought out for their specific project. -And work with the project teams to value engineer any areas that can cause issues while lowering budget costs.
