Applying core competencies in investment banking and real estate financing to EB-5 projects, we provide strategic advisory services with respect to both debt and equity underwriting of private placements. With our EB-5 fund, we are able to provide safe immigration investment opportunities to our foreign investors while also bridging connections between US real estate developers to foreign capital sources that are highly experienced in their respective fields. In addition to the EB-5 platform, 8th Bridge Capital's affiliate company is a California licensed lender specializing in commercial short term loans. We provide niche financing for projects that do not quite fit the underwriting of traditional capital.
