Operating out of Las Vegas and Guadalajara offices, 9ED operates as a flat, closely-knit organization structured to move with speed and certainty. Our strategies focus on a broad range of regions and market sectors, combining traditional private equity and distress-for-control activities. Our partnership with owners and stakeholders is via a joint venture, management buyouts, planned acquisition, joint venture, or other strategic transactions. Using a flexible and opportunistic approach, we invest in companies/ventures we believe to be undervalued and profitable. We seek to enhance value through key strategic and tactical initiatives, including rightsizing capital structures, streamlining operations, improving core businesses, and creating new platforms for growth.
