The 96th Test Wing Continuous Improvement and Innovation Program, executed by our Emerald Spark Cell, was created to address the needs of the wing's workforce in an effort to make us more lethal, agile, and ready.
The program is responsible for two separate domains currently governed by two Air Force Instructions: AFI 38-401, Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and AFI 38-402, Airmen Powered by Innovation (API).
We combined the two within our program so that every Airman, every day, can be an innovative problem solver!
