A* is conceived as a sister studio in partnership with A. A* alittlemore studio is designed to work under the ALEEYA. design studio umbrella. The brand offshoot is meant to be a playful twist on the current usage of punctuation where the dot is re-oriented as an asterisk, indicating that the nature of design work undertaken by the studio is holistic and supplemental to the design work done by the architecture firm. This is a team of creatives who love to find inspiration in the everyday. The approach to design is all about zooming out and being mindful of the world, finding beauty and possibility in even the most mundane of things. While A. continues pushing the envelope of what a contemporary architectural practice can look like, A* will be busy doing a little bit more of everything else. The A* aesthetic has been crafted with careful consideration of international standards in order to not alienate a potentially expansive market. A*’s scope of work is multi-disciplinary in nature, dictated by the strengths and interests of the design team and founder of A.
