Welcome to A Balanced Practice! I’m Patty Beck, and as a Lawyer Well-being Career Coach, my mission is to help lawyers find direction, balance, and enjoyment in their legal careers. Whether you're feeling stressed or lost in your current role, considering a job change, or looking for practical well-being strategies in your professional life, I'm here to support you in making meaningful change that will serve you now and in your future. Through CLE programming and Well-Being Retreats, I also teach lawyers, judges, and legal professionals how bringing strategies like mindfulness and self-compassion into their lives can help with managing stress while enhancing their skills in the legal profession. I also offer programming designed to enhance workplace relationships and employee engagement.
