In 2003, Elaine Norland started A Cone Zone with a used truck, 100 cones, an arrow board and a few signs. A Cone Zone Inc. is still a locally owned and now operating as a full service traffic control company serving the Southern California area. As a woman owned business, we are determined to set our self apart from others by offering excellent service and quality products. A Cone Zone’s reputation is built on our employee’s dedication to completing each job with speed, accuracy and safety in mind. We are conveniently located off the 91 and 15 freeways in Corona allowing us easy access to the Inland Empire, Orange County and other surrounding areas.
