Advance & Emerge Women is an organization created by women for women. We provide a safe environment for all women to develop their professional and social skills along with assisting them in discovering or cultivating their passions and inner confidence. Through reading self-development books and analyzing its content, the group will actively communicate amongst another using “real-life” examples to problem solve relevant adversities within their personal lives and careers. In addition, we welcome guest speakers that are working professionals and entrepreneurs in various industries. The goal is to have our speakers provide valuable career tips and advice in various professional as well as personal topics. An example of a guest speaker would be a financial advisor that provides tips on budgeting and investing. Additionally, we also provide activities that cater to multiple areas of mental and professional development. Lastly, A & E Women is a mutually beneficial platform for women-owned businesses to showcase their extensive knowledge in their specialty field to gain brand awareness and connectivity amongst potential clients.
