Amina Hassan is A-Ha Event Services. I operate as an Independent Planner working with a client from A-Z. I'm a former Hotelier with 25 plus years of sales experience, both as a Seller and Sales Leader. I use the many skills I gained in my many years as a Hotelier in my service delivery at A-Ha Event Services . A-Ha offers the following services to clients: * Sourcing Venues and Contract Negotiations - My knowledge of Hotel Revenue Management Principles, Pace, Future Forecasting, and Meeting Space to Guest Room Ratios, make me a great negotiator. I apply these same principles when negotiating with convention centres, restaurants, and other venues. I've worked on meetings, conferences, conventions with citywide blocks, roadshows, and stand alone events with no guestrooms. I work with a file from sourcing, through the budget, and contract negotiations. Once signed, deposits are made, and introductions are made, I hand off the file. *Event Operations - I am able to operate through the events execution if the client desires that service. This includes working directly with the venue to ensure all facets of the event are executed per my clients directions. I'll handle all pre communication with the venue, hotel room block management, on site registration, managing meeting room set ups, F&B requirements including special meals and more. * Onsite Event Support/ Trip Directing - I am available for onsite support for meetings and events where all that is required is extra hands to ensure all the meeting details are executed per The Meeting Planners direction.
