As the only Approved Welsh Prep company, we're proud to supply the WRU, Ospreys and local gyms with our nutritionally calculated prep food. In addition, we operate two vibrant cafes in Bridgend and Porthcawl where you can sample our tasty prep, a range of brunch meals from our kitchen and endless hot and cold drink options!
