A.I. Launch Pods is Center of Excellence (CoE) technology built for any Center of Excellence including special tools for AI projects. When AI Projects Fail to Deliver: Organizations are rushing to implement A.I. across the enterprise with surveys showing that more than 70% of these efforts fail to deliver at a cost of between $500,000 to $5 million per project. When AI Fails on Delivery: In addition to failed projects, AI implementations often result in product and service launches that lead to lawsuits, fines and brand damage due to poor A.I. Governance, Risk and Data Management. This situation has created an immediate need for A.I. Governance, Risk Management and A.I. ‘Center of Excellence,’ tools. A.I.
