As a member of the National List of Attorneys, ONLY when it becomes necessary and makes sense, we can handle Legal Services. “ARM” would refer “suit worthy accounts” with written client approval, to collection attorney in the debtors’ county to obtain a possible judgment; and handle the follow up with the law firm until there is an account resolution.
