A WOC Space

A WOC Space, LLC is a consulting and training company focused on changing the cultural climate for Women of Color (WOC) in the workplace. Our mission is to provide allies and people of color accessible tools and WOCShops to create and maintain an equitable, productive and inclusive workforce. A WOC Space, LLC is dedicated to not only increasing diversity but providing tools to historically and predominately white, work spaces to be more inclusive. By virtue of enriching the professional experiences of Women of Color (WOC), who are; 1) paid less than their male counterparts 2) hold fewer executive leadership positions and 3) are more likely to experience work force harassment, in essence, we are also facilitating a more positive and productive work environment for their allies and colleagues. It is our mission to provide support and opportunities that uplift and empower diverse workplaces and communities.
