ALIVE Inc., Milwaukee

ALIVE is a unique organization fostering a variety of achievement skills for youngsters in business, arts, professional development and educational attainment. It grows out of the proven experience of its supporters to dramatically improve the lives of youth in Greater Milwaukee. ALIVE has functioned since 2012 in Milwaukee but its organizational design and structure have been effective for well over a decade in both local and national initiatives. We partner with organizations that are actively intertwined with the Milwaukee community, and especially youth development and programming. We strive to create events and initiatives to curb the passions and skills of young people into valuable career assets and community activists. Our mentees have gone on to become self-starters, entrepreneurs, teachers, mentors, lawyers, preachers, nationally renowned artists, and more! ALIVE aims to work alongside the marginalized and people of color to restore life and dignity in discouraged hearts. We strive to become a core piece of the goodness that is found in Milwaukee, and to lead it to become a greater city from generation to generation. Our collaborators have included United Way, Boys & Girls Clubs, Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Greater Milwaukee Committee, ONE MKE, Social X, Aurora Health Care, Milwaukee Public Schools, Johnson Controls, United Negro College Fund, The Fellowship Open, Summerfest, and more!
