To be a good teammate is a skill set of it’s own, and this essential skill set doesn’t come naturally to most of us or develop overnight. A1 uses experiential training programs to teach the social emotional skills essential to teamwork, and as a result academic, professional, and personal success.
We focus on trainings for developing young professionals, existing and transitioning from the world of higher education into the workforce. However, these trainings can be adapted for young individuals, corporate teams, leadership teams, and nonprofit organizations. Most trainings are long-term programs, because to achieve results we need both intensity and consistency. However, we can do single workshops for special circumstances. The content of a training can be customized to focus on what is needed most.
