Service Overview: Specialising in health and safety consultancy, I support businesses of all sizes in achieving compliance with UK legislation and industry standards. My services are tailored to each client, promoting safe, legally compliant workplaces through expert advice, practical tools, and ongoing support. Compliance & Legal Support: Maintain and update legal registers quarterly, conduct annual site visits, and provide guidance to meet legal obligations, including RIDDOR reporting. Risk Assessment & Management: Create or review risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work covering COSHH, DSE, manual handling, and more. Support includes project-based risk planning and training. Fire Safety: Deliver fire risk assessments, emergency plans, evacuation strategies, and PEEPs. Provide Fire Awareness and Fire Marshal training, and evaluate fire drills. Accident Investigation: Investigate incidents using Root Cause Analysis and 5 Whys, support RIDDOR compliance, and recommend corrective actions. Policies & Compliance Reviews: Develop and update health and safety policies, identify compliance gaps, and support continual improvement. Training & Development: Deliver bespoke training on topics such as Fire Awareness, Manual Handling, Mental Health, COSHH, and Accident Investigation. HSMS & ISO 45001: Design or enhance Health and Safety Management Systems in line with ISO 45001. Provide gap analyses, policy support, and performance tracking.
