Our mission is to make professional one-on-one coaching and organizational development tools more accessible to individuals who can't afford standard rates, as well as to provide start-up incubation programs & low-cost consulting to new groups or small organizations for balanced prosperous growth. We serve: > The unemployed, under-performing, & the under-employed who are stuck > Mis-employed workers who are demotivated, overlooked, & in the wrong job or company or field > The re-employable entering the workforce after long absences, changing interests, or health challenges > Creative entrepreneurs starting a business, nonprofit, ministry, or solo-preneur endeavor. We are a business education nonprofit dedicated to leadership and organizational development. We are an incubator organization for others and a catalyst for new groups to develop independence, interdependence, and interactive growth.
