Aachol Foundation

Aachol Foundation is a non-profit social organization aimed to create awareness among students about taking care of their mental health, to recognize strengths as well as weaknesses, and to make them focused, participative in daily life. Aachol Foundation was founded in 2019 by Tansen Rose. Main purpose behind this organisation was to support youths mentally and make them skilled for their upcoming life. In continuation of this, Aachol Foundation has undertaken several activities. They has opened a consultancy unit to provide mental health service. Along with that, they arrange workshops among University students where they can open up their problems and a psychology specialist helps them to find out their way to solve. To make youths skilled, Aachol Foundation has conducted many projects and social activities among university students based on mental health. Through this projects, they come with several ideas and based on them, they execute them in a way where not only the youth but also the society can be benefited. Aachol Foundation is currently running some projects keeping in mind the need to increase the mental health and skills of the youths. The major projects currently ongoing are: 1) Project Surfaid: A project in the collaboration of Mental Health & Corporate Life where we provide various courses to others. 2) Project Awaj: A project related to cybercrime and cybersecurity through which legal and psychological assistance is provided to the cyber victims besides creating awareness about various issues of cybersecurity. 3) Project Be the linchpin with Aachol: A skill development project to make a skillful youth decrease mental health issues in our community. There is a monthly training session on different skills. 4) Project Survey: The project's supervisors have been conducting research on a wide range of mental health issues.
