Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma

Working hand in hand, members of the AACO work together on a daily basis for the benefit of all members as well as the Oklahoma State Apartment Association (OSAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA) and gain access to their services and assistance. OSAA is a body that pays strict attention to the legislative process in Oklahoma. NAA is our national association and they provide local affiliates with information relating to the apartment industry as well as legislative updates from our nation’s capital. Collectively, AACO Members manage more than 67,000 residential apartments totaling over $1.2 billion in real estate assets in the Central Oklahoma area. The Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma exists to join professionals in our industry together in order to help maximize their business return on their investment and provide the best housing possible for residents of Central Oklahoma. In addition to the professional aspects of the AACO, we join the talents, efforts and energy of our members in a variety ways to benefit the public at large through an assortment of charity events throughout the year.
