Aaji's was born out of our desire to do something with meaning and purpose. To us, food has always been an expression of love and in turn, there is tremendous meaning in sharing our family's food with our community more broadly.
Our first product, Aaji’s Tomato Lonsa, is a unique family recipe made by slow-cooking fresh tomatoes (~ a pound per container) with fresh ingredients and a distinct blend of spices to create an irresistible balance of savory, sweet, spicy, tart and umami flavors.
Depth of flavor allows Aaji's Tomato Lonsa to be the defining ingredient for any dish or meal - whether as a spread on sandwiches or toasts, a topping on eggs or proteins, or a base ingredient for chilis, pastas, and more. And yes, you can eat it by the spoon or dip into it too!
