AAL (AI Accelerator Lab) Innovation Ltd was founded by Adeline, (UK registered architect and retired athlete) in 2024, with vision of future-proofing the AEC industry through the implementation of AI in different roles and different use cases, ranging from design to design management to cost and programme control. This vision came when she serves as a director of a small architecture company from 2021-2023 and came to the understanding of the broken fee structures and thin profit margins, which all became magnified with AI ‘enters the chat’. A conversation with a potential client resulted in a realisation that all she had worked for from years of schooling and getting licensed as an architect no longer serve the market demands, and that AI is changing her industry - and world. Anne joined as CTO in late 2024 and brings with her the expertise in computer science and 10 years of exerience in the AEC industry. The two compliment each others’ skillsets and commit to be part of the AI revolution (evolution) AI Accelerator Lab is a peer-to-peer community driven startup, providing upskilling education to allow creative professionals in the AEC to future-proof their set of skills using AI. On the B2B side, AAL also provides a one-stop-shop AI services and products for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry. This refers to AI solutions in almost every aspect for Investors, Real Estate Developers, Contractors, Contract Managers, Subcontractors, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Control Managers, Building Engineers, Design Managers, all kinds of Designers and Educators.
