Aamodini India - a Social Entrepreneurship project under Aamodini Insights Pvt. Ltd., was born to educate, empower and engage women who need it the most. Aamodini in Sanskrit means ‘Happy Woman’ and we endeavour to make happiness a reality for every woman we cross paths with.
A country can be truly developed only when all its citizens get equal opportunity. We have a huge part of our population living in villages. Unfortunately, a glass ceiling keeps our villages from achieving their true development. Unless we develop them or change their lives, development won't happen across the nation.
Consumers lack awareness regarding the prevalence of adulteration in our surroundings. Chemical additives are used to extend the shelf life and preserve products, while colours are added for branding purposes. Additionally, acidity regulators are employed to control the pH levels.
Though some of the highest quality products are from Rural areas, they don't reach urban consumers in their purest form. The limited consumer reach can be attributed to inadequate digital transaction capabilities, low penetration of pickup and delivery networks, and high costs. Through our project, we aim to create entrepreneurs throughout the country while making the fruit of their hard work available to city dwellers. We aim to sell high-quality, unadulterated village products in the mainstream market through our e-commerce platform while giving credit to the producer.
Aamodini India identifies and registers skilled individuals as sellers through a rigorous testing and quality control process. They provide comprehensive training and support throughout the entire process, including developing a business plan, obtaining licences, branding, labelling, marketing, and sales are managed by Aamodini India. To enable creators to concentrate on their core competencies.
