The Department of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is a diverse department offering strong academic programs. The department offers a bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with several minor program options. In addition, Physics has graduate programs (M.S. and Ph.D.) specializing in Materials Science, Optics/Lasers, Ambient Energy Systems, and Space Science. Students have access to state-of-the-art laboratories, instrumentation and computational facilities. The faculty within the Department work extremely hard at providing students with opportunities to pursue their academic and research goals."
