AAPIDESIGN was founded by Architect Peter Rankin in 2007 and has since then been providing our services to all. We are a private company that provides services for various types of development such as commercial, industrial, mixed-use development, multi-story residential, sporting & health facilities as well as tourism & residential projects. We provide progressive architectural designs and supervision from small to large-scale projects. Our team has successfully produced and developed functional and meaningful projects in Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Australia, Myanmar, PNG, China as well as Indonesia. We believe in the importance of the elements of proper space planning and that every facet of design must have purpose, be functional, economical, sustainable and be of a quality standard across the board. Our designs are tailored to our Client's unique needs and we take great pride in our adherence to Client requirements. Each project is designed to enrich spatial experiences and provide an ideal modern-living environment. Our signature design is the incorporation of tropical designs suitable to the tropical climatic nature with a unique flair of traditional designs.
