Since its incorporation in March 1974, Ashfaq Associates (Private) Limited have been involved in a large number of Architectural, Planning & Engineering projects. The requirements of most of these projects have been covered at every stage from original evaluation of design to management of construction. Because of its wide experience in working for various clients – individuals as well as medium to large organizations, the company is capable of bringing to any project with a broad background of experience. Architectural, structural and building services designs are precisely coordinated with in-house arrangements, to provide rational and space efficient buildings with minimized energy and maintenance costs. Besides the permanent staff, the company has available a list of consultants who, when approved by the client are retained for their special expertise.
