AAR Testing and Inspection (AAR) has continuously provided special inspection and materials testing services throughout Washington State since 1989. AAR is privately owned and has two locations in Redmond, WA and Wenatchee, WA. AAR is a Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) certified independent special inspection and testing agency with American Association of Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) accredited laboratories. AAR is also certified with the State of Washington as a Small Business (SBE) and Minority Owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE). AAR has provided inspections and materials testing for several mid to high-rise, commercial, industrial, residential, and other building structures in the greater Seattle area.
