Aarcher Talent - EHS Recruiting and Staffing Specialists

Aarcher Talent was formed in response to increasing requests from organizations requesting assistance in finding qualified environmental, health, and safety (EHS) professionals. Organizations turn to Aarcher due to its 20-year history as a safety and environmental consulting services firm and the 14-year history of Aarcher Institute. We understood that recruiting is a well-established process and that most recruiting firms can find candidates for any position. We decided to approach our specialized recruiting differently. We began by performing a comprehensive analysis of our 6,500+ Aarcher Institute students and an evaluation of the more than 5,000 consulting assignments performed by Aarcher Consulting. Our technical and regulatory teams assembled to inventory and characterize critical skill sets for EHS professionals servicing in different roles. This team became the Qualifications Team and was responsible for developing the Aarcher Talent Skills Matrix™, which forms the core of our specialized recruiting practice. Based on this information, we brought in a highly qualified Recruiting Manager, who was challenged to learn the fundamentals of the EHS industry and the Aarcher Talent Skills Matrix™, while building and training a Recruiting Team. Our staffing approach is unique. Our Qualifications Team is responsible for understanding client requirements, providing guidance for the recruiting process, and evaluating candidates before they are presented to clients. Our Recruiting Team coordinates closely with the Qualifications Team, as they apply the recruiting industry’s latest tools and techniques to identify those hard-to-find professionals that will be solid contributors to our client’s EHS programs.
