Through Aarna Biomedical(ZZP), I assist in business development & product development activities for Pharma and Medical Device industries. I assist entrepreneurs in decision making process by analyzing cost price, market analysis, competitive business landscape analysis and business plan writing. I further assist in identifying new business opportunities, term-sheet negotiations, deal making, contracting and licensing activities with third parties. I also assist in execution of novel early phase product development, process validation and production process of synthetic, xenograft and allograft –derived implantable medical devices for dental, orthopedic, neurology and cardiovascular applications. Specifically, I have extensive knowledge and network on the use of super critical CO2 technology for decellularization and sterilization of animal and human tissues as per CE/FDA requirements. I further assist in finding relevant certified partners for assay development, qualitative and quantitative methods for class III medical devices for CE/FDA registration process
