Aaron Anfinson

A camera is a tool that teaches people how to see without a camera. This perspective from Dorothea Lange is indicative of my work. I am a reportage photographer based in Washington DC. My photography, however, is informed by living and working across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. I received my doctoral degree from the University of Hong Kong and have experience documenting events and major protest movements around the world. My clients have included The Guardian, PDN Magazine and the Financial Times.
